- 18 को महिला किसानों की गोलबंदी, 23 को जिलास्तरीय प्रदर्शनों एवं 26 को टेक्टर मार्च के अखिल भारतीय कार्यक्रमों को सफल बनाओं।
- 30 जनवरी को किसान आंदोलन के समर्थन में महागठबंधन एवं वाम दलों द्वारा आयोजित मानव श्रृंखला सफल करो।
दिल्ली में कंपकपाती ठंड में 60 किसानों की शहादतों के साथ संघर्ष को शांतिपूर्ण बनाये रखने के वाबजूद भाजपा के केन्द्रीय एवं राज्य स्तरीय छुटभैये नेताओं द्वारा लगातार किसान आंदोलन को बदनाम करने की मुहीम चलाई जा रही है। बिहार के किसान, आंदोलनरत किसानों के साथ लगातार सड़कों पर आकर भाजपाइयों के द्वारा इसे पंजाबी किसानों का आंदोलन तथा खालिस्तानी, अतिवादी तत्वों का आंदोलन कहकर बदनाम करने की साज़िश का मुँहतोड़ जबाब दे रहे हैं। इस क्रम में अगामी 18 जनवरी को बिहार की महिला किसानों एवं 23 और 26 को आयोजित होनेवाले प्रदर्शनों एवं टैक्टर मार्च की व्यापक तैयार हो रही है और बिहार के किसान पूरे देश के किसानों के साथ कदम से कदम मिलाते हुए, किसान के संघर्ष द्वारा मोदी सरकार की तानाषाही निजाम को पीछे धकेलने एवं तीनों काले कृषि कानूनों को वापस लेने के लिये मजबूर करेगी।
पार्टी बिहार के सभी बड़े-छोटे किसानों, खेतिहर मजदूरों, शहरी उपभोक्ताओं का आह्वान करती है कि वे किसानों के संघर्ष को सफल बनाने में तन-मन-धन से सहयोग करें।
पार्टी, बिहार सरकार से दिल्ली एवं बिहार में चल रहे किसान आंदोलन के प्रति अपना रूख स्पष्ट करने की माँग करती है। जहाँ एक ओर जद(यू) के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता के0सी0 त्यागी विभिन्न चैनलों पर किसानों के पक्ष में बात करते दिखाई पड़ते हैं, वहीं बिहार के मुख्यमंत्री नीतीष कुमार ने चुप्पी साध रखी है, जबकि उनके घनिष्ठ मित्र सुशील मोदी किसान आंदोलन के खिलाफ लगातार दुष्प्रचार में लगे हुए हैं।
पाटी, राज्य में जारी हत्या, बलात्कार, महिला उत्पीड़न की लगातार बढ़ रही घटनाओं पर गंभीर चिन्ता जाहिर करती है। अभी तक रूपेश सिंह के हत्यारों की गिरफ्तारी नहीं होना, प्रशासन की घोर विफलता है। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार को सीधे तौर पर इन दुखद घटनाओं के लिये जिम्मेदार मानती है। ऐसा लगता है कि वे भाजपा के दबाव में कोई भी सख्त कदम उठाने से लाचार हैं।
बिहार के किसान औने-पौने दामों पर अपना धान बेचने को मजबूर है। पार्टी, मांग करती है कि सभी धान उत्पादक किसानों का धान न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर खरीद की गारंटी की जाय।
पार्टी, राज्य की तमाम इकाइयों से अपील करती है कि वे किसान आंदोलन से जुड़े मुद्दों को आम किसानों के बीच ले जाकर उन्हें 18, 23, 26 और 30 जनवरी के प्रस्तावित आंदोलनों के लिये गोलबंद करें।

– B.J.P. should stop defaming peasant movement.
– Bihar govt. should make its approach clear about the ongoing peasant movement.
– Take steps to stop ever increasing incidents of murders, rapes and oppression against women.
– Guarantee procurement of paddy paying minimum support price to the paddy growing peasants.
– Mobilize Common People, women peasants and make the 18th,23rd & 26th Jan. National Programs successful.
– Make the 30th Jan. human chain successful called by Mahagathbandhan &Left Parties.
Despite the peaceful movement and the martyrdom of 60 peasants, BJP national and state leaders have been carrying on nasty propaganda by labeling this mass movement led by terrorists, ultra left etc. They are also propagating that the movement is only confined to Punjab and Haryana but now the movement has acquired national character and the peasants Of Bihar are on the roads right from the very beginning of the movement led by “All India Kisan Sangharsh Co-ordination Committee”
Party has called upon all the units and mass organizations to mobilize the common people in making all the programs of 18th, 23rd, 26 and 30th January successful.
Party demands that the Bihar govt should make its stands clear regarding the ongoing peasants movement as the JD(U) spokes person K.C. Tyagi takes a pro-farmer stand on different T.V. Channels and the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar keeps mum while his best friend in BJP goes on making false and derogatory allegations against the movement.
Party is very much concerned at the ever deteriorating law and order situation resulting in murders, rapes and attacks on week and vulnerable section of the society.
Party thinks that the Chief Minister is solely responsible for this grim situation and seems clueless to arrest this situation as the BJP has taken the driving seat in the cabinet.
The peasants of Bihar have been left to fend for themselves as in the absence of govt. procurement Policy they are forced to sell their produce on abysmally low price. Party demands that paddy should be bought by providing minimum support price immediately.
